Ulicia Lawrence-Oladeinde

Ulicia Lawrence-Oladeinde is the retired director of Community Education at Temple University’s Office of Community Affairs and Engagement. She has committed more than 35 years of her career to facilitating the personal and professional success of community organizations and adult learners. Lawrence-Oladeinde was a nontraditional college student who completed an associate degree in business administration from Community College of Philadelphia. She obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees from Temple University College of Education in Applied Communication and Adult and Organizational Development. Lifelong learning is both her commitment and passion, personally and for others. In collaboration with her daughter, Mrs. Lawrence-Oladeinde utilizes her artistic talents to teach entrepreneurship, creative thinking and promote budding artist through their family business.
She obtained certificates in Training and Design, Conflict Coaching (Temple University), Community Leadership (Urban League of Philadelphia), Grant writing and Fundraising (University of Pennsylvania) and Restorative Justice (ADVOZ) - all of which equip her with the skills to assist community members on both sides of the justice process.
