Mrs. Shanda O'Dennis, MS/ODL ‘09, was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Temple University, and a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She is also a Certified Life Coach.
Shanda O’Dennis, MS is the Operator/Consultant with Key of Life Consulting LLC, focusing on “personal affairs consulting” for people that need help navigating systems to get access to personal benefits. Additionally, Key of Life LLC provides professional and life coaching services to individuals that find themselves “stuck” and need help moving forward.
Shanda is the Owner/Manager with Holdings LLC, a real estate investment company that acquires and develops properties for long term and short-term investment. DLG Holdings currently has multi properties including 3 rented units and 3 vacant units which are under construction soon to be rented.
She is the owner of Miss Talula’s Hair Gallery, established in April 2020 and launched in September 2020, with an online only focus selling human and synthetic hair wigs, human hair bundles, bulk hair and hair accessories.
Mrs. Shanda O'Dennis, MS has over 25 years of leadership and management experience, emphasizing in Administration and Executive Management, with leadership positions as Directors of multiple health systems as well as Not for profit Residential and Community-based support programs.
Shanda holds certifications as state certified investigator of the Dept. of Public Welfare, as well as certified in Leadership & Management. Shanda is the current Vice President of the PCOM Alumni Association Board, having served on the board since 2013.
She has since been published in the Annual Report for Leadership in November 2009, 2012 and serves as a guest lecturer and student teacher. Mrs. Shanda O’Dennis, MS is also doing pro bono consulting work for inner city nonprofit organizations and developed two compliance databases for sharing training license and an annual provider qualifications licensure, both of which are still in use today.
